GERAD-LIBERIA, INC., founded in 2016, is a highly effective non-governmental organization committed to addressing a myriad of pressing environmental issues. Our organization operates in a nonpolitical and nonreligious capacity, exemplifying a steadfast dedication to environmental causes.
We proudly stand as a legally registered entity with the Government of Liberia, having obtained official recognition through the Liberian Business Registry. Further underscoring our legitimacy, we hold Sectorial Clearance from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and a National NGO Accreditation Certificate from the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP), with a monetary endorsement of 1000 LBR.
In addition, we possess a Unique Entity Identification Number (UEI) from SAM.GOV. These credentials attest to our commitment to transparency, accountability, and adherence to recognized standards of operation.

Empower and uplift Liberian youths, women, girls, farmers, persons living with disabilities, and marginalized groups through advocacy, education, and innovative agricultural programs. Our goal is to build self-reliance and turn individuals into development experts for their communities. We tackle health risks (Air and Waterborne Diseases) through Community-Health and WASH initiatives, gender disparities, and environmental threats, focusing on sustainable practices and wildlife protection.
